dust; but if we work with men and imbue them with principles, we engrave
on those tables something that will brighten lives for all eternity."
The God-given ministry of the Abundant Life International Academy is to train our young people in the bible, Christian character, Language and traditional subject matter. Today's students need to be taught the accumulated wisdom of the past from God's point of view and trained in the way they should go so they will have a firm foundation from which to evaluate the present and make proper decisions for the future.
In order for us to maintain our Christian traditional approach to education, we frequently go against the grain of the academic establishment. Using "progressive educrats" methods and text books and adding some Biblical principals simply is not Christian education. Our understanding of Christian education is to look at every subject from God's point of view.
"See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ." Col 2:8
Since we have rejected the methods and humanistic philosophy of the government school system, we are able to achieve the highest standards of Christian education. We use the Word of God as our source for it is the only foundation for true scholars.
